1. About Mavoventures

Mavoventures is an online store for premium design templates, graphics, icons, and vector artwork, owned and operated by MAVOPOKE Inc (110 Sage Allen Br, Hueysville, KY 41640, USA). We sell our own design files directly to buyers under a standard commercial-use license.

2. Guest checkout

You can buy products as a guest — no account required. When you check out we ask for an email so we can deliver your download link and receipt. Please make sure the address you enter is correct.

3. Purchases, pricing, and delivery

• Prices are shown in USD and include the platform fee.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Delivery is a signed download link, delivered on the checkout success page and by email.
• Download links expire after a short period for security; you can request a new link at any time.

4. License

Every purchase includes the Standard License described on the Licenses page. The Extended License is available for redistributive use cases (SaaS products, resale, on-demand printing). Buying does not transfer copyright — MAVOPOKE Inc retains ownership.

5. Refunds

Because templates are digital goods, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: a 14-day window applies when the files are broken, corrupted, or materially different from the preview.

6. Our content

• All files sold on Mavoventures are produced or licensed by MAVOPOKE Inc, which retains copyright at all times.
• Third-party fonts, photos, or icons shown in previews are noted on the product page and may require your own license.
• We may update, replace, or retire a product at any time; previous buyers keep access to files they already purchased.
• If you believe a file infringes your rights, email pack@mavopoke.work and we will review it promptly.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense source files as-is.
• Bulk-download the catalogue or scrape the site.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, download tokens, or account security.
• Use the site to publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Valid licenses you have already purchased continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to recent buyers, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change.
